The Fontaine 5000 fixed 5th wheel, on-board scale system provides gross vehicle weight by mounting two load cells between the tractor frame and the fifth wheel.The fixed 5th wheel truck system is designed to operate with a scale-equipped trailer.

The system consists of two Fontaine 5th wheel load cells, four bearing plates, a 9100GW meter, one transmitter and all the cables, bolts and washers required for installation.
